pk666 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Betting Platform

By accessing, registering or using the pk666 platform in any way — including browsing, placing a bet, depositing funds or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and pk666 ("we", "us", "the Platform").

These Terms apply at all times during your use of pk666, including periods when you are not actively logged in but have a registered account. Continued use of pk666 after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may provide these Terms in Urdu upon request for ease of understanding. However, in case of any discrepancy between the English and Urdu versions, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use pk666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. pk666 does not permit minors to register, deposit or bet under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as yourself — a real individual — and not on behalf of another person or a business entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, phone number and payment details.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable law at the time of registration.
• You must not already hold an existing account on pk666. Only one account per person is permitted at all times.
• You must not be excluded or self-excluded from the pk666 platform under a current self-exclusion request.

pk666 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a selfie photo. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending documentation. Winnings generated on an unverified account may be withheld until verification is complete.

Registration on pk666 is free. There is no membership fee or subscription charge. Creating an account does not obligate you to deposit or place any bet.

Your pk666 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. Specifically:

• You must keep your password secure and must not share it with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your pk666 account, including family members.
• You must notify pk666 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Transferring your account or any account balance to another user is strictly prohibited.
• pk666 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the security failure was on your side (e.g., sharing passwords or using unsecured devices).

Duplicate accounts: If pk666 discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances in the duplicate account(s) may be forfeited. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided. If a genuine error led to duplicate registration, contact support promptly to resolve it without penalty.

Account closure by the player: You may close your pk666 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification. Pending bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be voided on account closure.

Account closure by pk666: pk666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour toward staff or other users, or failure to complete identity verification when required. We will make reasonable efforts to return verified balances after investigation unless those funds are implicated in fraud or policy violation.

All financial transactions on pk666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• pk666 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same-method rule). This is a security and anti-fraud requirement.
• pk666 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification is typically required for first withdrawals and for amounts above Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawal requests placed outside of business hours for bank IBFT may be processed on the next business day. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Deposits made in error (wrong account, wrong amount) should be reported to pk666 support immediately. pk666 will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected payments made outside our platform.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on pk666, across all sports, games and in-play markets:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation message from pk666 with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive confirmation should not be assumed as accepted.
• Minimum bet: The minimum single bet is Rs 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular market or game type.
• Maximum bet: Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and account status. pk666 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet at its discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned before completion, bets will be settled according to the individual rules for that sport or market, typically by voiding the bet and returning the stake to the player's account.
• In-play betting: pk666 offers in-play betting on selected events. In-play odds update in real time. Bets placed at specific in-play odds are binding at those odds once confirmed. pk666 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Errors in odds: If pk666 posts materially incorrect odds due to a system error or human mistake, we reserve the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to players, even after initial settlement. This will be handled transparently and notified to affected players.
• Poker and crash game rules: Additional specific rules for poker tournaments, cash games, crash games and other game formats are published within the relevant game section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

All bet outcomes on pk666 are final once settled, except in cases of obvious error or fraud investigation. Disputed bet settlements must be raised with pk666 support within 7 days of the settlement date.

pk666 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players must opt in to any promotion where opt-in is required.
• Each bonus is limited to one claim per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses at pk666 carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x). For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires you to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all bet types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%. In-play bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Crash game and fishing game bets may contribute at a specified rate. Check the individual promotion for contribution rates.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.
• pk666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it. Players who have already claimed a promotion before its cancellation will be treated fairly.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, using promotional funds only on low-risk arbitrage bets, or exploiting system errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk666 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially legal action:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using pk666 to process funds obtained through illegal activity, or attempting to use the platform to launder money in any form.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one pk666 account simultaneously for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game on pk666, including chip dumping or soft play.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to place bets or play games on pk666 without explicit prior written authorisation.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your pk666 account, including to place bets on your behalf.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your payment provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on pk666. Accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed and the amount will be pursued through legal channels.
• Abuse of errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, system bugs or technical glitches to generate winnings on pk666. Any winnings generated through known errors will be voided.
• Abusive conduct: Harassing, threatening or abusing pk666 staff or other players via any communication channel.

pk666 actively monitors all accounts for these activities using automated systems and manual review. Players found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts closed and verified balances may be withheld pending investigation.

pk666 takes responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available to every registered player directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month across all games and bets on pk666.
• Session time alerts: Set a reminder to alert you after a specified amount of continuous play time.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from pk666 for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or bet, and you will be removed from all promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Periodic in-session notifications showing how long you have been playing and how much you have deposited and lost during the session.

• pk666 is not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service or technical failure that is outside our reasonable control, including network outages, server failures, third-party payment failures or force majeure events.
• In the event of a genuine technical fault on the pk666 platform that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, our liability is limited to voiding the affected bet and returning your stake. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.
• pk666 provides live cricket scores, match data and related information on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data and are not liable for betting decisions made on the basis of it.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which pk666 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through pk666's internal complaint process should be raised with our support team in the first instance.

2. pk666 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 7 business days.
